Is RCS finally rolling out to Samsung Messages

So I just opened up my messages app and I was given the start up screen for when you first open the messages on a new phone and the slides were all for RCS and its features(groupchat, chat messages, etc). Does this mean that RCS/chat is finally working on the stock messaging app? I'm on the Bell network with a Note 9.

I don't see any "chat" feature with Samsung Messages on Rogers - But it's there with Android Messages...

Samsung messages does not work for RCS on Rogers.. only android messages work on Roger's for RCS

I think Rogers and Freedom only support android messages right now, not samsung messages

Just loaded the July update for my Rogers Note 9. I now have RCS in my Samsung messages app.
