Is there a $100 limit for Samsung pay?

I am new Samsung pay user and was wondering if it has the same $100 limit as Google pay? I mean, if my bill is more than $100 can I still use  Samsung pay?

no the limit is $100 which is set by interac and the banks unfortunately Samsung and google pay don't set that

As Habsfan say if your limit is $100 then that all Samsung Pay will do or any other for that matter....
You can contact your bank and ask them to increase the limit... I did and they obliged.

depends on ur bank. some have a limit of 50, 100, even 200

Banks and retailers have limits they allow for wireless purchases

I've never tried it but I wonder if mst (swipe card function) will work here? Bc over $100 that's what it wants? Anyone try it? 🤷♂️

I've seen a mobile payment gone through with a phone at 130$ was pretty surprised at work that it worked normally its caped at 100 max

the silly part is that you can just tell the cashier to break up the payment into two parts at $99....I've even done 3 concurrent at Canadian Tire this year for $270 of goods
