Hi guys, the recent app normally have 5 icon at the button, now it only shows 4. I wonder is there a setting to change it back to 5.

I wonder if this has to do with your home screen icon grid settings? is it set to 5x5?

You can just drag an icon to your home and place them among those ones you already have
