Hi All,

I previous has an S8 plus, and loved the fact that you could take photos while recording a video. There doesn't seem to be that option on my new phone. Was this feature removed?

Works fine for me, I just tried it with all recording modes (all resolutions and 60fps modes) and no issues here.

Strange. Okay, I never see this case before. I have 3 suggestions that you could try.

- Open Camera→ Camera Settings→ Reset Settings
* Try if the button shows

- Settings→ apps→ Camera→ Storage

Clear data and clear cache
* Try if the button shows

- Boot into recovery mode
choose Wipe cache partition
* Try if the button shows

FYI:
Turn off Samsung Galaxy Note 10 completely.

Press and hold Volume Up + Power button simultaneously for a few seconds.

As the phone vibrates, let the keys go.

You will see the phone boot into the recovery.

Galaxy Note 10 or Note 10 Plus Recovery Mode will now show you all the options.

In the recovery mode, you can use Volume Up & Down to move up/down and Power button to make a selection.

To get out of the recovery mode, simply select the “Reboot to system now” option, press Power button > select Yes and press Power button again.
