Note 10+ individual app data usage counter wrong. Very Dangerous

There are multiple threads of Samsung devices on Android 10, where the sum of individual app data usgae does not total the total data usage.

For example total app usgae=2.45GB

Sum of individual apps=~1GB

That's nearly 1.45GB missing from individual app data usuage.

Samsung data counter is correct about the total usage as it matches to my carrier, but I cannot see which app is consuming data.

Samsung needs to fix this issue asap.

Samsung please fix asap, as we cannot figure out where the data usage is coming from.

The level of polish and detail on Samsung sometimes is so lacking and frustrating, you just want to switch to Apple. Similar to the egregious release of the S20 ultra camera focus issue, which my 2 year old neice would have caught during user acceptance testing.

Hey @ ziom,

It appears that during SW update, it was downloaded using Mobile Data. Please use device care and check battery and memory (apps usage). If not please back up device and reset to default. Make sure to re-install necessary app only.
