Note 7 - Hotspot Quick Setting Button

I was wondering how to add Hotspot as a quick setting option. I currently have to go to settings, connection to turn on the option.

i dont think the feature ended up being popular enough for them to maintain it as a quick setting... this is part of samsungs effort to reduce mebu bloat in touchwiz that everyone whines about
