Same. It's if you have your hands over proximity sensor when unlocking. Give Samsung a suggestion to turn off this notification.

Actually this is good feature. Don't disable. It means if u put phone in bag, the sensor will detect and keep it off from accidentally turning on. The only issue is this notice. I know what my phone is doing and I want to keep it that way without this notice.
