I'm sorry to be the one who asks this here but if possible can someone explain what the purpose of betas are and why people would be using them and downloading them? I am pretty good with technology and learning quickly about it but I have never went in depth to it. After being a victim of identity theft from having my phone hacked I am trying to stay up to date on all the info of what to do and what not to. it can be hard as many sources and sites that do post about stuff are not trusted or misinformed. Betas allow you to try the newest software before anyone else. You may have to deal with bugs, as anyone should expect in any beta. It doesn't bring any safety benefits however
