Note9 keeps shutting off after december update.

My note9 has started to randomly shut off after I lock the screen...this has started after the newest december update...and it is getting annoying and costing me work so any solutions guys would be appreciated.

Wipe data/cache,if not that then backer up with smartswitch and factory reset even. I dunno why updates gotta be so screwy ugh

yeah totally first they release late then they screw up your phone...I dont understand the point.

Who are you with droidbot? I got my update from Rogers and didn't have any problems.

Honestly if you keep having problems with it randomly turninh off I would try factory reset, I had a similar problem about a year ago when I got my android 9 pie update and a factory reset fixed it.
