Called the Jan patch for S9/Note9 and delay to February! It's definitely a recent decision to actually push it though looking at FOTA

No. Jan patch next week and Android 10 next month.

hopefully the jan update for the s10 series will come with a camera quality fix and some more ui optimizations. here's to hoping.

it could include fixes, December update fixed my alarm clock setting when I had to reset it every night.
