When did this happen? Did you recently see this after upgrading to Android 10? I've never seem that happen before and is not normal. Try clearing cache partition in recovery and see if that resolves it.
If you take a screenshot, will it show on the picture? If it does, could you share it with us? I will escalate the matter and any more information about it can help. Thanks @Vic20 for the advice and potential solution!
Ok. If it happened after the upgrade, do a cache wipe first to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue is still persistent, suggest backing up the device (important) and doing a factory reset. WARNING, this will wipe everything off there device and start fresh.
