Samsung pay and Amazon gift card

Can anyone tell me what else to do? there is a promotion on Samsung pay to register a new card for a $15 Amazon gift card. did that. 3 cards. no gift card email.

a couple people I know got theirs right away. contacted Samsung and they took down my ancestory tree but nothing yet.

is there anyone here from Samsung who can check?/advise? TIA

Just call samsung pay, they will send it right away.

Does that work? One time there was something like 5 payments for $20 and I never got anything despite registering.

Did you register for the promo instead the app before registering your payment card? And it's also possible that all the cards were claimed because there's a limited quantity.
