I do have a Galaxy Note 10 plus, which I've purchased in Sri Lanka. Currently I've moved into Canada and tried using Samsung Pay for my easiness. But Yet it gives me the message, that "Samsung Pay is not supported on this device". 

Can somebody help me on this issue?

Oh I agree on that. What I meant is that there should be the option to apply specific S Pay configurations based solely on your account's country. So that if you ever move in another country or a relative from another region gifts you something, you may still fully use it.

I'm having the same issue as well - but on my S8+

His issue was he didn't have a canadian variant to use pay in Canada.

You should open your own thread for support.

But ensure you post which variant of the S8 you have.

You need to re-flash the stock Rom to Taiwan version (BRI) using the Odin software.  Enable OEM unlocking in Developer options before flashing.  This works for me! Good luck.

Re-flash the stock ROM to the CSC should help! Mine was the international version and it wasn't supported  in canada.  After flash the stock ROM to the Taiwan (BRI), it works!
