Sudden media Volume Blast

Hi All,

I am not sure if some one else experienced this once. 

At times, my note 10+ media volume explode to max when I am on blue tooth .

I checked all the settings but no luck. 

Is there anything I am missing??

I am not sure how to replicate this.. but happens at least 3 times , when I took my phone out and unlock
