for sure... they can certainly gain credibility simply by being transparent and providing a target date... if I were in that communication seat, and the expectation internally is that we'd have it ready to roll for March 1... I'd tell the consumers to expect it for May 1, and then deliver early... I dont think their tight lip policy is doing them any favors.
Welcome to Samsung Canada. Lazy and incompetent most of the time. Eventually they do some good (I was surprised how soon my Note 10 got Android 10 but then on the other hand the LTE Galaxy Watch went 9 months broken until they finally decided to release the update so...).
