A playlist is a directory for music. Where is your playlist getting its songs from? Open the playlist as a text file. Not sure you're going to find a video editor that will take a playlist and apply it to your video in a way that the video could utilize the playlist.
If your playlist is getting the music from an internet source, you may want to scrap that method and obtain your own mp3 or wav files.... and to do that...
