So my condo apparently has very thick walls.  Despite have a cell tower less than a km away, I'm still getting one bar.    I figured no problem, flip on wifi calling and all is good.     A few days later, I start to notice a battery drain issue.   Fully charged usually lasted a full day, now I was barely getting half a day.    I flipped wifi calling off and now back to normal.

This was the same with the S9 running latest update.

I think I may have to invest into a cellular repeater soon as I'd rather have more battery.   Can anyone recommend one that didn't cost them 3 - 400?

I use wi-fi calling all the time while at home and there is no difference in battery usage.. I would check to see you you have any apps running in the background.

Hey @ Server,

Have you checked the WI-FI calling feature in safe mode? If not, please perform the safe mode and check whether any third party apps causing the issue. Also, please uninstall any recent apps.
