Galaxy NoteAlso do learn from YouTube or Google on ways how to take care of ur battery in the future. Cauze emptying ur battery like this too often can damage it in the long run.

Galaxy NoteI think it's a feature to preserve the health of the battery as it is damaging for it to be at that percentage level for a long time (same goes for when it's close to 100%).
Another reason would be that the phone wants to keep the remaining battery for emergency when you need to really call someone you can still turn the phone on but for a brief time.
iPhone users have been complaining about this too.
