Hi saifmak, this is because your carrier not support RCS yet. But for sure Rogers do.

I'm pretty confident koodo doesn't support RCS at this time . keep calling them

Koodo supports Google RCS....  it doesn't support Samsung's version of RCS.

You could switch over to Android Messages (by Google) and should be able to activate RCS in that.

I checked online they have it running got google phones and soon to be releasing for Samsung phones since now samsung phone got an update with rcs

Same issue for me. I'm on Telus with my Note10+.
