Hi I restarted my phone and now my calender has been completely deleted how do i get it back? On note 9

do you mean the calender app has been deleted, or your events in the calender?

If you're using the built-in calendar, it can't be uninstalled/removed. Type in "calendar" in the 'Finder's Search' bar and you'll definitely find it. Tap and hold the icon and choose "Locate App". It's either in a folder or has been hidden.
