does the galaxy note 10+ not have motion picture/photo?

I'm looking in the camera settings and can't seem to find the tittle to turn it on?

Please note that motion photo feature is available only in photo mode
Open the camera on your Samsung phone and select photo mode.
On the top of the screen, tap the motion photo icon (Square with a small triangle inside it) to enable it.
If you tap the icon again, it will turn off the Motion Photo.
