dongle attachment

i have recently purchased two separate attachments for my note 10 plus. both are not a Samsung brand. for the usb c to headphone jack. does anyone else have any experience with the attachment needed. i am just getting an error message saying the attachment are not compatible. 

i sapose my question would be do the Samsung brand attachments work?

the black one i bought on the Walmart website. the white just over ebay. shipped from the Ontario

what are they supposed to do ? replace the audio jack ?

they are sapose to plug in to your usb c and be able to plug in any audio jack. maybe i just need a google or Samsung one. rather disappointing tho. luckily they were not much money

The USB to Headphone attachment is not compatible with the device.
