Hi Brennie,

This can be caused by a multitude of reasons; Please check the following things:

- Whether or not DND is turned on, and simply turn it off

- Check if your phone is on mute or vibrate as this might cause you to miss calls

- Check if Call Rejection is turned on in the Phone app, and simply turn it off
Let me know if this helps!

Adding a comment here. For the Call Rejection, we do not have it in Canadian phones. if calls go to voicemail directly, the highest chance is the phone number being blocked. Check the following:

- Open Phone dialer→ 3 dots on top right→ Settings→ Block numbers

1. You can turn block unknown caller off
2. Also check if the caller under the block list

Hi Samsung_4UMNVXH,

You can find the settings by following the below path.

Open Phone app >> 3 dot menu on top right >> Settings >> Voicemail

To set up voicemail, I suggest you to please contact the carrier.
