no security update since April 24

I have got an update since April 24. Trying a manual update can't connect to the server. Is there a problem or has there been no updates?

no updates available, most updates come available the last and/or first week of the month.

Try using Cellular Data to initiate the OTA (That's what you are talking about.. right) and either switch to WiFi once the OTA has started - or complete the OTA download using Cellular Data - Seems to be an issue with some Carriers - Bell - Freedom - But doesn't seem to be an issue with Rogers 🐧
