Stumbled across this gem after using the app arc lighting from the play store. After trying a few competitor apps. I found one that has led lights show up as messages across the front of the notification screen. It was fully customizable even multible color selection available.
I have since removed it. Sticking with arc lighting app. However i was completely unaware that the note 10 had a built in led to the left of the camera under the screen nor that it was a feature users could download third party apps and utilize. Well done Samsung.
might have been this app. i liked how it was able to display txt led messages. hope this helps someone. i have a wallet case so i opted out of have the feature.
The LED indicator you are referring to is the proximity sensor. However, you may use the edge lighting(In-built) feature to get a notification around edge panel of the screen.
