Since my Note10+ updated the new OneUI 2.1, the fingerprint performance already increased. Fast and no need to hard press on sensor. I guess the sensor is good on N20U too. Will see when I get the phone. 🙂

Its the same sensor as previous model (Note 10) . It has improved since UI 2.1 as @Tallman pointed out and im quite satisfied with the FPS on my Note 10+

to put it simply, they have improved it via software only. but it isn't the new larger fingerprint scanner hardware.

its still very problematic with glass screen protector oh well will have to skip note 20 then. this will be the worst selling note according to survey.
