note 8 wifi shuts off

Does anyone know why my WiFi shuts off and how I can stop it fro. happening ? M

where does it shut off.. at home?.... at work?.... or when your out using public WiFi?

anywhere. I have done the factory reset of network settings and when the problem continues, Samsung support took me through the process of deleting the cache. Turns out that didn't solve the problem either.

Check if your adaptive wifi setting is on.
Go to connection-wifi-advance settings and see if first option is on. Turn it off if it is.

I don't have adaptive wifi setting. I do have wifi power saving turned on - should that be off?

I think you have download booster on.

Turn marked off. That option uses wifi and lte at same time to boost and add all the bandwidth available to your phone.

I don't know what the download booster is.
