note 9 stuck on February security level

Hi

  My note 9 didn't receive March security update that was released on 23th March. It says my phone is already up to date everytime I check the updates manually, which is not true.

 I am on fido. How should I fix it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to Settings - Apps - Three Dot Menu - Software Update - Storage - Clear Cache & Data for Software Update - Reboot - Try to Update again (If you are sure that there's an update available for your device).

**bleep**, the update schedule on fido forum shows it was released on 23rd. I am so confused now.

Those schedules aren't always 100% accurate, obviously. It would be nice to have the next security patch along with One UI 2.1 though.

yup. finger crossing. but it was rumored that one UI 2.1 wouldn't come to note 9.

Im pretty certain (at least hopeful) that 2.1 will make it to the Note 9
