registering for chat service still marking failed. is this not fixed?

it is fixed if your carrier supports it lol, it's not broken.... works on Roger's perfect

I'm guessing your with Telus/kodoo? If so you don't have it yet.

I am on Telus and I agree that it is annoying to see the orange new feature notification staring you in the face each time you use Samsung messages. Telus does support RCS chat on the Android messages app, but I prefer to use Samsung messages. I called Telus and explain that to them but they basically told me that they could care less.

I switched to Rogers and the feature works fine now.

Same here, all of a sudden I started getting this "Register for chat service".... still failing...
