software updates - Canada

Has anybody received the October software update in Canada? I'm using the Note 10+. It's last update is September.

Wolf1: is your screenshot of the Samsung Messages app or the Google one, my Note 10+ is with Telus and doesn't have the chat feature

I thought software updates were on a quarterly basis. My A50 last update was August so I was expecting the next update on December
