speakerphone sound alternating between speakers

Hey folks,

I'm not sure if this is the right forum - but has anyone else had problems with their speakerphone?

My new note 9 keeps alternating the sound between top and bottom when on speakerphone (voices switch locations) every few seconds during a call.  Is this a hardware problem? Software?

I have never heard of this before.. If it's a brand new device then I would exchange it.....

That happened when I had my Note9 a few times, and with my N10+ yesterday... playing an audiobook on speaker only came through earpiece speaker. Reboots always fixed them for me... but I suppose youve already tried that.
