swipe anywhere on screen to display notification panel

Since yesterday I've noticed this feature no longer working. I've tried turning it on and off and restarting phone. Anyone else having same issue any suggestions on how to fix?

@Addi, I have the same issue on my Note 10+ since updating Good Lock, and I think I've narrowed down the guilty module, I think Task Changer from Good Lock is causing the issue. First time it happened I uninstalled Good Lock and the swiping down worked again, installed Good Lock again and worked fine for a few hours. When it stopped working again today, I went into Good Lock and turned off the modules I was using, as soon as I turned off Task Changer, swiping down for the notification panel started working again right away. I turned Tasks Changer back on and the swiping down is still working, but if it stops again, I'll turn it off for a few days and see.

perfect you were right on the money. seems to be working. appreciate the help. had a feeling had to do with the recent updates.

still waiting for the navistar update...wonder what's taking so long.
