I looked at my phone yo open Samsung music app and it wasnt there, so I went and installed it then looking for samsung members app and even this app was missing! I hope I am not losing my files!
Also I'm using note 10+ if anyone was wondering which phone is doing this issue.
The only thing i can think of is that you accidentally uninstalled in the Galaxy Store. Navigate to My Page from top right and go to All. See if you find the connection with what may have been uninstalled that way. You may find a few more. I turn off any optimizing apps always because they only more or less do what the user can and run while doing it, never quite being as accurate as the user and may reduce an app's function you rarely use, but can manage yourself. The device health section will apparently disable unused apps and i don't know if it would simply uninstall apps that are not set to be disabled. If the problem persists, be set for the unkown diagnosis a.k.a. factory reset.
