if u really like solve customer problem,act on it,my problem haven't solve and u all cost me a new screen protector,and person in charge was too busy to pick up call,cant even get name of person,what r u thinking,avoiding customer?time is important for you?i wait for 45min for bubble screen protector and ask me go to service centre again for new one,RM4199 phone cant even get a decent service,maybe need to buy Fold to get a premium service from Samsung,and pls what Samsung slogan said,maybe i missunderstanding

signal strength bad? my experience with 700 samsung. my telco has put gag order on me. or worst put me on psycho list cos no other complain from users in neighbourhood.
