Bought this phone January 2020,my battery drain 30% every night on standby mode,and the receiving is worst ,can't sent SMS and make call or receive in a building,,And u using s pen to extract text,the text will loss a few and alignment is wrong.Technician told is Android 10 problem,but how come my other phone is fine,maybe my other phone is only 700 n note 10 is 4000 dollars

if u really like solve customer problem,act on it,my problem haven't solve and u all cost me a new screen protector,and person in charge was too busy to pick up call,cant even get name of person,what r u thinking,avoiding customer?time is important for you?i wait for 45min for bubble screen protector and ask me go to service centre again for new one,RM4199 phone cant even get a decent service,maybe need to buy Fold to get a premium service from Samsung,and pls what Samsung slogan said,maybe i missunderstanding

signal strength bad? my experience with 700 samsung. my telco has put gag order on me. or worst put me on psycho list cos no other complain from users in neighbourhood.

No issue in my Note10+..everything ok

lucky for you,try use s pen on samsung note,and using smart select to extract text and see what will happen
