Bought this phone January 2020,my battery drain 30% every night on standby mode,and the receiving is worst ,can't sent SMS and make call or receive in a building,,And u using s pen to extract text,the text will loss a few and alignment is wrong.Technician told is Android 10 problem,but how come my other phone is fine,maybe my other phone is only 700 n note 10 is 4000 dollars
no wonder u don have problem with s pen,my son also don have using s pen for drawing,if u cannot what s pen will do more than sms,check on youtube,maybe u can check my newest post,if u can understand smart select and extract text function
mine are ok so far. in every phone model, about 10% of the buyer will have problem. just happened that you are in that 10% buyer. however, my opinion, it's not really about the default, but how Samsung should take care of you / the customer. if the phone is brand new, I think the best way is just replace it with a new one.
