I was just using my phone and wanted to send someone pictures. I realized that, the WhatsApp photos folder in my phone was having issues. I opened it and half the pictures are now corrupted. What should I do?

I think the only solution is to restore from backup if you have done backup before you you upgrade to Android 10.

Microsoft taught us last year that updates can cause mass destruction. Does copying the images to an external device work? They might have gotten overwritten.

I honestly don't know if that's going to help or make it worse.

This doesn't sound to me like a knockoff SD. Unless this is the first time Dayim checked these images. If that's the case, this might be it.

Been using it on all my three samsung devices. S7, S8 now S10. Card is fine. Folder is in device memory.

Hey @Dayim,

Did you update to OneUI2.0? Did u notice this before or after the update?

I think the others above raise some really good points. Are these pictures stored on a SD or internal?

Please let us know:)
