I have Samsung s9 but until now i can't download Android 9 in it , it's very bad thing,  so why??

You have to see your model on About Phone and your Mobile Company! maybe the update has not been released for your Company. But most of the S9 has S9 Pie already.

What exactly do you mean by "I can't download it"? Do you have an error message you can show us (screenshot)?
