I have a Samsung S7 phone, the Bluetooth headset frequently disconnects on its own. We all have the same problem We are 60 employees with the same phone. We all have different brand Bluetooth headphones. The only thing in common and the Samsung GALAXY S7 phone
Just a few questions : What Bluetooth device are you using? Is there an action taken before your Bluetooth disconnects, or is it randomly without warning?
There are a few items that you can do that might be able to help
Clearing Bluetooth Cache - Its been reported to normally work:
Settings > Apps > three dot setting icon in the top right corner > Show System Apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache
Restart the phone
Ensuring that phone battery and device battery are both full
Removing all the pairings in Bluetooth and retrying
