When I receive a call from someone not on my contact list, the call display is often wrong. But when I go back to look at the call log, the correct name shows up. But again, if I click on the details of that call, the wrong name shows up again.
Example from the attached pictures. PC Financial called, but during the ring, I only see "Mastercard". But in the log list, it shows correctly as PC Financial. Again, when I open that entry, it shows "Mastercard" only.
Same with "RBC", it shows as "Juliana Julie".
What is happening here. Is one provided by my carrier and the other by Hiya?
