Camera pro mode not working

So i've had my s7 edge for a while now and i don't really use the camera often but i was curious and opened the pro mode on my camera app but it all i get is a black screen but when i switch it back to auto, it works as if nothing was wrong. Please help if anyone knows or has had this happen to them. Thanks

for me i just use auto to get the best picture as im no photographer lol

My Pro mode of camera not working and app crashes many times.
