Can't Connect Phone with supplied USB C Cable

Hi, 

I'm not sure if my galaxy S8plus has the problem or the cable or the pc or the car.

My car does not recognize my phone while cable is connected.

Then after a few days, my pc does not recognize my phone.

Then just yesterday my phone does not want to charge with the original cable.

I've used 2 original cables already.

I'm confused.

Help!

According to your troubleshoot information, sounds like the USB-C port is malfunction. You may need to take it to Samsung Experience Store or Samsung authorised service center for repairing.

As @Tallman rightly pointed out, it seems USB-C port has malfunctioned and your phone need to be repaired.  You can let us know if you need help with (in finding) Samsung authorized service center.

Cables are the cheapest fix - I would try a new one first as is the most likely to be the  problem but port is also possible problem but get a price first and decide weather it is worth putting that kind of money in a S8 or just buy new phone
