Why i can't update my apps with my own date that I have on

In the app store I have some apps that need to being updated on I'm using my date on my phone on it's not working, when i try to update it its showing download pending

Oh you mean you're using your data? Check the settings in the app store if it's set to only update using wifi only.

Be careful bc updates can be data fat (large) And can chew through you data plan in a blink of an eye 🤷‍♂️
