Canadian S8 plus g955w not updating to pie

The phone is on orea with august 2018 security patch. I haven't recieve any update after august 2018 although the canadian version has pie now. Can anyone help me with it?

Aside from not updating to One UI - You've missed a bunch of Security Patch OTAs!

Well considering that he hasn't even got any Security Patch OTAs since LAST August.... I'm not surprised about One UI....
