how i can get data mobile icone on notification panel in galaxy s7 edge Android 7.0

Unfortunately you won't be able to get the mobile data icon on the notification panel on the S7 Edge. That icon has been gone since the Galaxy S6 came out. Also the mobile data that shows up on the phone is not as accurate as the data from your service provider.

but there is other s7 edge phones have that icône on notification panel

Okay. I guess it is just the way the software was installed on the other S7 Edge phones. There is nothing we can do about getting the mobile data icon back.

i dont have Samsung pay app on my phone why

Samsung pay only works with certain banks and cards .. check with your bank to see if they support it

You can't get it back, it's a carrier thing.
