I have Galaxy S10+ (SM-G975W) and I'm trying to run Dex on my TV. I have proper USB-C to HDMI cable. Dex never stars I only get mirror of my phone screen. In settings there is no any Dex setting available. I also tried it with my computer monitor but it doesn't work too. What is going on? Galaxy S10+ doesn't support Dex? Mind you Dex works when connected to PC.
Anybody knows what's up?
Thanks

It really makes no difference if set to Mirroring or Dex it always mirrors. I actually went as far as Factory Reset and reinstalling whole phone...no change... disappointing..

Could be the cable is not being recognized as being 'authentic' by the S10+ to run in DeX mode?

I bought this cable for my Note 10+ and it works great on my Tab S4 and my Note 10+ :(HDMI 8 K is not supported by Note 10+ and Tab S4, so don't buy 8k cable )

DP mode capacity is important

likely the cable itself. Get a different cable and try again. My Aukey Type C to HDMI works without issue.
