Hey folks!  So for months now,  I've not been able to open up links sent to me via text msgs AND via email (Gmail in particular).   So frustrating!

I have a Galaxy S10.

So today, I click on a link in one of my emails (hoping it will open up), and the error message comes up "This app isn't allowed to open Samsung Internet"! 😲

Can someone help me with this problem,  I have a neighbour who works for Wireless Wave (they sell all types of phones), and therefore EXTREMELY savvy about cells and even he is stumped!

Hi Chatcath37,

Can you try:

- Open Samsung Internet
- Click 3 bars (right hand bottom corner)
- Settings
- Useful features
- Allowed apps

Make sure Email has enabled
