Hi everyone just curious I tried an update and got this error

I have no idea why. I was a longtime user of IPhones but have switched over and I love this phone Galaxy S10Plus

Try downloading it from Google Play and see if it works

Try unplugging your Wi-Fi and plugging it back in and restart your phone

Is installation failed!! Which means already downloaded. There isn't any networking problem.

I don't know what is that error code -7 means. But sounds like there is a problem on setup files. Maybe report this to Samsung support about this error so that they can update the new setup file?

Maybe trying clearing out data and cache for Samsung Internet? Might try doing the same with Google Play services to see if that might help if the previous step failed.
