February security update question (S7)

Will the February security patch bring the weather face widget? It's still missing!!!

I mentioned this previously in here:

On an unrelated note, the S7 is slated to get the February patch on March 11th according to Rogers:

If the February Security Patch is just that - Then it's doubtful that Samsung will add any features....

It should bring something new, other than a security patch. What exactly? I dunno.
