my S8 since brand new keeps freezing up at anytime and have to keep soft resetting it

bring it back to your provider or if you know a samsung authorized repair center i would ask them to take a look

I had an issue with my phone becoming unresponsive and having to do soft resets. I sent it in to a Samsung repair center as a factory reset didn't work. They ended up replacing the mother board and a couple other things if I remember correctly.

I'm sorry to see you have issues with your phone.
I would agree with @shady and would recommend you resolve your phone issue by speaking to your phone provider or to a Samsung authorized repair center if the problem keeps reoccurring after a factory reset.

They switched SIM CARD with a new one. 1 week so far no freezing, or 3 texts after saying didn't send... but still not getting my e mail notifications. have to keep refreshing for those... big hassle with my job
